MASTERCARE covers equipment that are in acceptable working condition at the time of service activation and is administered centrally from the Group's country offices. Onsite calls are attended by CHUNGCO Technology technicians in areas of large PC installed base, and by outsourced service providers elsewhere, strictly adhering to our quality system and procedures.
